I don't know if Cassel'll be back but... so far, I have heard NOTHING which has convinced me we're gonna be without Brady next year.
As far as Alex Smith.... he'd be interesting to kick the tires of. He could be a worthwhile pickup in the New England environment. He'd have solid receivers (not so in SF) and a stable and innovative coaching staff (not so in SF). Those are helpful, I've heard!  But yeah, it'll be Brady behind center next year.
