Default Outtakes from exclusive interview with Bill Belichick

http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn...c.php?t=448265

seems like breer is in BB's 'trust circle'. Has given him more than one exclusive.
EDIT: and it is quite telling to see that the jim brown portion is edited out the magazine showing that such stuff isnt reported fully by these magazines for some reason

I don't know if it's fair to assume bias with regards to the non-inclusion of the Jim Brown stuff but then again I haven't read either of the pieces (holding off on this link until I read the interview).

I take it the exclusive is only available in the magazine?

A great interview. BB really opened up (for him) hence it appears that Breer is one of the few "trusted." Charlie Weiss also authors a one-page piece on the BB he knows as opposed to the one others seem to think they know. A very complimentary treatment which reveals the caring, human side of BB that many (Easterbrook, NYT et al) would argue is a myth. Screw them.

Breer hit a home run. I'll give the Sporting News another shot just because of him.

Me too, especially given my love of Lacrosse. I don't think there'll ever be another coach that comes along to lead the Pats that I'll like more than Belichick.

I liked BB's cameo in Rescue Me when he mentioned he was into Lacrosse.

here is the weiss piece on BB

http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn...c.php?t=448457

probably one of the most interesting lines

There's always the unknown with everyone you bring in there, but there are very few players who come in there and don't fit in. With Randy Moss, for anyone involved with Bill and the Patriots, it would've been a bigger surprise if it didn't work out.
i would be interested to see if florio who works for sportingnews also picks this and posts in his more widely read PFT blog....i doubt it.

Very good story, the questions are much better than the usual of the press also.. lots of insight into BB and how he thinks.
