I did watch Colclough and Gino play. They were probably not as skilled as the others and the competition was much weaker. Gino should be in the NFL Hall Of Fame because he was the AFL's scoring leader.

i would keep welker where he is. His numbers with brady year after year are just out of this world. He can't be stopped when they are in rhythm.

Moss and Welker should probably be 1-2, with Welker getting the nod at #1 purely for longevity.

Switch Brown in for Welker and the Pats aren't in the AFCCG in the first place.

Stanley Morgan was my first Patriots man crush. Could of been top 10 easily had he played on this Patriots team. Guy epitomized blue collar and everyone loved him for it.

Morgan is third on the NEP's all time list for receptions behind Welker and Brown. The more I look at the numbers, the more I think Morgan is WAAAY underrated. If he played for better teams, we'd be talking about a bust in Canton. He has better career numbers than guys like Lynn Swann and Fred Biletnikoff who are enshrined.

Absolutley right. Morgan's numbers are clearly better than Swann's. There's an argument to be made that Stanley deserves HOF consideration. If Lynn Swann is in, Stanley deserves to be there as well.

HM to Terry Glenn.

Fryar was really special, as he showed at Miami, just a shame he was in such a poor state during his tenure with the Patriots but then again the Patriots, as a whole, were in a sorry state while he was here anyways. I remember crying as a kid over the big drug scandal back in the 80s.

Never saw Capoletti so I won't say.

It was a sad, sad day when Butterfingers surpassed Brown on the all time receptions chart. I don't know why people are so obsessed with Welker's inflated regular season stats that he racks up in today's pass happy NFL against teams the Patriots are blowing out.
