I'm starting to wonder if giving 54 Million to Gronk and 30+plus million to Hernandez was a mistake. They are exceptionally talented, but when can they ever play at the same time?? This is the stage where you earn your money, and they just are either hurt or fail to deliver in this game. I dont care about those 3 TD games one of them has against the Buffalo Bills in October

At some point, you have to expect Gronk and Hernandez to be injured next year at various intervals based on their crappy durability history. I think the Pats should go into the offseason thinking this, and they need to get dirtier at the wideout position and inject as much talent as possible. Sign Welker, but if he must go, be creative and go all out and get a tall star WR via blockbuster trade. We would have to give up picks and some good players, but I would be all for that because Brady has one or 2 years left really of high level play.

I don't think being in the weak AFC is doing the Patriots any good at this point. I'd rather them be in a tougher division/conference, maybe it would toughen them up during the reg. season so they don't crumble when it matters most.

Looking at this season, I would argue that pretty much ALL the time GRONK and Hernandez missed can be chalked up to "freak injury" rather than "crappy durability history."

another guy wants G.Jennings.....he is a better Lloyd, no one cares to take a look at Mike Wallace? We need a burner like that, just ask the Ravens

guys his age begin to become more complementary because as the possibility of their injury increases, the more you have to have a scheme that your next guy won't get lost in until he is ready

as is, brady is going to wind up another warren moon
Another post from you saying Brady is old, Man you come only when the Pats lose and then trash Brady , i bet you the minute you logout from here you must be logging in to your ADMIN account in one of the jets boards and posting a link to your negative posts here saying "HERE LOOK WHAT THE PATS FANS ARE SAYING ABOUT BRADY"

and nobody remembers we were suppose to get the superbowl loser's curse, which is....wait for it....freak injuries! Should be feeling lucky with all the freak injuries we still made it to the AFC champ game. But the downside is that we get ****ty draft position again!

I love the optimism!

However I am debbie downer. Brady is getting older and I'm wondering if he starts to wear down in the playoffs. Welker might be gone. Who knows about the D.

That said, I'm keeping hope. As long as we have BB & Brady, we are contenders!

to be fair to the offense, they were down 28-13 early in the fourth quarter. no team is going to score 15 goals in just 10 minutes, not even the pats. better luck to us next year.
