(PHOTO: David Kohl - USA TODAY Sports) The offseason training of reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year Stephon Gilmore was back on full display Monday morning.
Gilmore’s personal cornerback coach and former NFL’er Dre’ Bly shared some more workout sessions over Twitter as the Pro Bowler looks to continue his dominance of the games best receivers into 2020.

Over the weekend, Gilmore sat down with NFL Network’s Brian Baldinger and broke down tape of his game and technique.
“It takes a lot of hard work during training camp and during the season to get better and better every game, because nobody is playing his best football in Week 1. You get better and learn about yourself, learn about your teammates. You take it all in and just try to improve your game each and every week,” Gilmore said during the show.
