The Patriots wrapped up the 2019 preseason with the New York Giants on Thursday night.

Stephen Gostkowski tacked on a 40 yard field goal to extend the Patriot lead to nine.
A Nick Brossette rushing score opened up a 26-10 Patriots lead.

A Stephen Gostkowski 51 yard field goal just before halftime pushed the Patriot lead to 29-10.
In the third quarter the Giants mounted a comeback following a field goal and Kyle Lauletta touchdown to Scott Simonson to cut the Patriots lead to ten at 29-19 after three.
Gunner Olszewski captured the attention of many in the second half for his versatility to play multiple positions, will it earn him a roster spot, we will see?
The Giants comeback continued into the fourth quarter as Wayne Gallman brought big blue within three at 29-25.
With the clock winding down on the game late fourth, Alonzo Russell hauled in a stunning buzzer beater, game winning touchdown from Kyle Lauletta.
The Giants once again foiled a Patriots perfect (pre) season attempt with a come from behind 31-29 victory.
The regular season at long last begins for real on September 8th at 8:25 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
