That may happen once on a fluke play during a game, but it happens at least a half dozen times EVERY kickoff. I'm not sure this solution is the best one, but I can see why they would be mulling over options.

Alrighty. Make kickoffs 9-on-9. That's 4 fewer guys who can get hurt.
