what the NFL needs is a not a CEO, but a person that knows and cares about the product, and the customers. Pretty simple. You change to get customer support, not like Goodell, for his ego. We are customers in the end, and his job is to sell us that product.

I continue to be amazed at how people give Goodell all this flak and let the owners off scott-free.
