By virtue of his stats and body of work and taking him at his word that he has returned to good health and his old form, he deserves to be called second to TB and better than the other guys on that list, even Big Ben, until proven otherwise; I'll be the first to say otherwise if he stinks up the joint in the first few weeks of the season.

No way in hell does a player who hasn't been at the #2 QB spot for 2+ seasons, and is coming off a lost year and major injury, deserve to be placed at that #2 spot.
