CJ is a man amongst boys.

That said, you don't sign a WR to that much money because if he misses 4 games and that big of a contract didn't let you make additions to your team in other areas, you're up a creek with no paddle as they say.

Yes and no..MLB doesn't have a hard cap so more money for one means more for all. NFL has a salary cap and it's a zero sum game. More for one means less for the rest of the team......

Tough to compare a guy like Welker to CJ because they're so different but Wes will certainly make some money within the next two years.
