Has anyone looked at the Bengals' schedule? They could conceivably go into their bye week 5-1 or even 6-0, though I'm sure that they will find a way to make that not happen.
at Cleveland (won)
at Denver (won)
San Francisco
Buffalo
at Jacksonville
Indy
And then after the bye it's two more winnable games, at Seattle and at Tennessee.
Looking at the schedule a little closer I'm thinking both Baltimore and Pittsburgh have an excellent chance at a bye if not top seed in the AFC; the AFC North plays the worst division in the NFL (the NFC West), and they get the AFC South in a down year (Houston the only team in division without a QB problem or not in rebuilding mode).

They lost to Denver but I could see them going 3-3, which is about as many wins as I expected them to have this season. 3-3 would not not a bad start for them.
