I could see the Raiders or the Seahawks trading for Palmer. I could see the Raiders horrifically overpaying for him, since he's a local guy up there IIRC and Al Davis has actually heard of him.

If true, I don't blame him. A front office who has shown winning is not a top priority. Same OC for ten seasons and two playoff trips.

I think there'll be lots of interest. I also think whatever team he ends up with won't be any better than the Bungles.

I think Washington might be interested too. That move almost makes sense in my twisted brain.

People don't nearly give Palmer enough credit, imho this was his worst year as an NFL starter, he has played with a terrible organization since he was drafted. They continue to not draft right, never acquire any good FA, they got a so called "washed-up" T.O. and that significantly helped Palmer. If you gave him a better line, he would be fine, But honestly the Bengals would hurt a lot more than Palmer would, he is a franchise QB.

Screw that, lol. If you honestly think that Palmer is worse than Chad Henne, there has got to be something wrong with you. Henne has already proved he can chew up our young D, Palmer with a O-Line's like the Dolphins would definitely make some plays.

Some of you are really showing just how low your football IQ is. Palmer's production isn't where it should be, but his Talent is still top notch.

QB's that are better then him right now....
Brady
P. Manning
Rivers
Shaub (Maybe)
Vick (at least this season)
Rodgers
Ryan (Maybe, I think he' s over-rated)
Brees

So your talking about a top 10 QB based on playing for the Bengals. If he was with a better team, he could be better, If he gets traded to the Raiders he could be worse.

Let's just say hypothetically the Dolphins picked him up, with a Line, Solid RB(If they re-sign Brown), above average WR core, especially with Marshall who loves when QB's just lob the ball up to him, and we all know how Palmer loves to do that. That would be scary.

Cut the "Palmer sucks" crap. He has the worst OC in the history of football, who Mike Brown has refused to get rid of. Because of the OC, Palmer gets frustrated with an unreliable offense; he played LIGHTS OUT with the no-huddle hurry up offense this year; trust me, I watched all the Bengals games.

He could of been the next Peyton Manning. The Bengals screwed him over, and he's given himself a chance to be a star again. He's 31, so barring injury he still has good years left. Good decision.
