Wow, just pointing something out that I find surprising, no need to start shooting.
I imagine a lot of this is garbage time like the 200 yards Smuffelsburger had in the 4th quarter last week. BTW these numbers do not include last night.
This stat called the Superbowl correctly last year, the Saints defense was better than their traditional numbers indicated.
The saints lived off of Big plays on Defense, usually for TD's. Sharper had a career year. They aren't getting those plays this year. Fortunately they got one in the SB

Misleading stat. At least 5 of the touchdowns (and probably 500 or so yards) were in meaningless mop-up time (Bengals and Steelers). That puts it at around 2000 yards, 11 TDs and 13 INTs. Really not that bad...
