Default OT: Dwight Freeney out for Houston game

This reported from CNNSI:

Indianapolis Colts' Dwight Freeney*won't play Sunday vs.*Texans - NFL - SI.com

Certainly helps Matt Schaub out.

This game is on at 1:00 and I am looking forward to it. If the colts win in bullsnit fashion for 10th time this season, I'll be pissed.

Colts blowout or Texans win.

Preferably the latter. I'm getting tired of all this undefeated crap.

Actually, I think both the Saints and the Colts would do better to get a loss out of their system and then start focusing on the playoffs. Dealing with the pressure of being undefeated will be something that may be more than they bargained for, if it continues.

It's a perfect storm for the Texans to hopefully win.

Colts Schedule
@ Texans
Tennessee
Denver
@ jaguars
Jets
@ Bills

Hey, maybe they can go 2-4 down the stretch like in 06.

The Colts may be without their starting LT in Charlie Johnson. That means they will have Tony Oh! Oh! watching Manning's blindside and last year he nearly got him killed a few times.

Thanks to Vollmer, Freeney was out versus the Pats as well, and we all know how that turned out.

Wouldn't you rather they have that pressure and collapse under it?

Ok, if the Texans don't win, they don't deserve the wildcart spot.

1. No starting LT
2. No Freeney
3. Secondary is still gashed.

The Colts won't be able to pressure Shaub, and the Texans will be able to pressure Manning. I'm so glad this game is on T.V. 10-1 here we come!

The Texans can't ask for much more in this game. This should help my fantasy team though...Go Schaub!

I think Caldwell is finding out why Dungy didn't have his team as hard of hitters and physical as Caldwell has been running. They just aren't big enough to handle the abuse. The Colts could be without 5 defensive starters from the beginning of the season in today's game. At some point, having Manning won't be enough to overcome the losses.
