Bucs Sign LB Crowell

Crowell originally entered the NFL in 2003 as a third-round draft pick. He spent five seasons in Buffalo, starting 41 games over the past three seasons. Crowell has struggled with injuries over the last two years, but he still has recorded seven career sacks and five interceptions.
In 2007, Crowell, who was a defensive captain, notched a career-high 140 tackles, two sacks, one fumble recovery, one interception and six passes defensed.
In 65 career games, Crowell has recorded 364 tackles and 41 special teams takedowns.

Reaction from Buffalo - Bills fans seem to think they'll sign Cato June as a replacement, though that would be a downgrade. Apparently it was a
fait accompli when Crowell decided to have surgery a week before the start of the season last year.
Reaction from Tampa - Bucs fans like the addition of depth and news of just about any signing, while wishing/hoping for Jay Cutler.
