Default Haynesworth to test FA market

Here's another one from Adam Schefter:

NFL.com Blogs Blog Archive Haynesworth to test free-agent market

This is something of a surprise, as talks between Tennessee and Haynesworth had reportedly been going well. He will make a ton of money, and his chances of returning to Tennessee seem low to me - someone will throw too much money at him.

There are several implications of this for the Pats. First, Haynesworth will set the DT market, and will have a big impact on what it takes to resign Vince Wilfork. Second, some of the teams moving to a 3-4 with cap room (like Denver and GB) make want to make a run at Haynesworth to solidify the middle of their line. While not a prototypical 3-4 DT, he could probably play any interior position. This would free Denver up to use #12 on a 3-4 ILB like Maualuga, or Green Bay on a 3-4 OLB like Everett Brown.

Please go to the NFC.

Bucs have a lot of money and there is reported interest. Falcons are interested too.
