Default Who IS that horrible play-by-play guy doing Donks-Browns?

I feel like I'm watching a high school game. That guy has no excitement in his voice at all, and is making Collinsworth sound even worse than he already is. NFLN certainly can do better.

Bob Papa. Collinsworth has really good eye for what happened on each play and was spot on most of the time. i thought the whole audio of the nfln game was a lot lower and duller, even the crowd noise to what you hear on a cbs or a fox game.its the broadcast quality IMO which leaves a lot to be desired.
