Wasn't Matt Millen just fired? Pt being that I thought it was him, and ONLY him that was delusional in the Lions organization? No?

In the latest Lions radio clip on the ticket 97.1, Clay Ford Jr. was asked about making some noise before the trade deadline, and Ford Jr. said, "Mr. Mayhew has thrown out some ideas in acquiring a proven rb, I tend to like that kid in Dallas, Barber"

Later they added that the Lions have had high level talks in moving Roy Williams for a high round pick or two; however, the talks always came back to a running back, citing the Lions are not impressed with their current stable.

Its thought that the Lions are targeting Cowboys' Marion Barber for Roy Williams, Ronnie Brown was also mentioned in the backs the Lions are looking at.

Keep dreaming, Ford. There is no way that Parcells is that stupid (they are loaded with draft picks next year anyway) and dare I say the same for Jerry Jones. Barber and Brown stay put and Williams either gets moved to a non-contender or is dealt in the offseason.

I believe Williams will be a FA at the end of this season, but I could be mistaken.

yah the organization is a joke right now. Roy Williams isn't even that good. didnt they offer the cowboys williams for demarcus ware? what a joke. hopefully they will hire someone with a brain
