THE critical play of the game to determine who wins and what the print says in tomorrow's headline...and.....receiver held win TWO Hands in plain sight..no call....gee...never seen that before...oh wait....Big Ben down a yard and a half short of the goal line...TD!!!...Steelers win!!!...Patriots rush Eli...one hold, two holds, there's an arm around Seymour's neck from behing..a fourth hold...and Eli is held in the grasp longer than ANY in the grasp call that season...no calls...Giants WEEEEEE-UN!! Biggest upset in history PROVES Lord Goodell's pronouncement of parity!!!!!

now everybody wotk real hard and save your money for those season's tickets...prices ARE going up...way way way up!!!! Cucaracha!!

Its def a penalty but it was consistent with the way the game was being called so no complaints here.

I think it was the right call. The ball is on the five yard line, the DB gets five yards to check the receiver. I think the receiver initiated the contact, the DB wasn't trying to stop the receiver from getting to the corner, to me it looked like the receiver was trying to push off, then saw the ball going the other way & tried to run through the DB who had every right to be where he was.

Funny thing is they actually called a critical hold late in the following SuperBowl with Arizona and Pittsburgh.

I can't be the only one who thought f*** s*** why didn't Hobbs just hold?

But on a side note how bout the stones on Peas to call the all out blitz again in that situation.

What bugs me about this one is that our NE secondary would get 10 flags if they did what Jimmy Smith did on that play. So biased.....

They made the right call by calling nothing. They've been letting the DBs and WRs be physical all night. At least they kept it consistent.

Culliver's PI on Smith on an earlier drive was WAY too obvious to let it go so they called that one.
