Where did I disagree with you or bring up the taping? Of course they were all doing it. Guys with no ax to grind like Jimmy Johnson said as much. Old timers like Charlie Taylor and Dick Butkus laughed at it and said that was nothing you should have seen what Halas and Allen did.

There's only two conclusions for Patriots fans on rookies. They are either a bust or being fitted for their bust in Canton.

My only beef is the hypocrisy of the media and fans on these things. Rodney was blasted because he is a Patriot and already labeled a dirty player. Ray Ray will likely get a free pass because the media love him and the fans seem to ignore the little murder thing and think he is wonderful guy.
Ray is if nothing else smart. All you have to do is praise Jesus once at every corner and you've won over half the country right there. It doesn't matter what sins you're doing behind closed doors.

LOL if this was Patriots' and was related to Gronk or Brady or Welker then I couldn't imagine how much bigger the story would be.

I think this taints the Ravens' entire Super Bowl run. Without Lewis back and his whole retirement saga, no way they go on this run. There should be an * next to their entry as a participant in this year's game.

This stuff has been around for a long time. It's FDA approved. You can buy it at Whole Foods, or GNC.

Also, I heard about Ray Lewis and this Deer Spray back in 2011. Why is this news now?

FDA approved and NFL approved are not one and the same.

The OP's link leads to the original story, below:

The zany story of two self ordained sports science entrepreneurs | Sports Illustrated

"You're familiar with HGH, correct?" asked Key, referring to human growth hormone. "It's converted in the liver to IGF-1." IGF-1, or -insulin-like growth factor, is a natural, anabolic hormone that stimulates muscle growth. "We have deer that we harvest out of New Zealand," Key said. "Their antlers are the fastest-growing substance on planet Earth . . . because of the high concentration of IGF-1. We've been able to freeze dry that out, extract it, put it in a sublingual spray that you shake for 20 seconds and then spray three [times] under your tongue. . . . This stuff has been around for almost 1,000 years, this is stuff from the Chinese."

IGF-1 is also a substance banned by the NCAA and by every major pro league. Alleging that the NFL warned players away from S.W.A.T.S.'s spray because it's a threat to "Big Pharma," Key boasted that S.W.A.T.S. is "the most controversial supplement company on Earth."

I am sure it has nothing at all to do with some game being played Sunday.

If this was a pats 53rd player on the roster, peter king and all will be screaming from the high horse. This hypocrisy is what pisses me off more than the infraction itself.

Same reason a fake matt walsh story came out on a day when the team was going for 19-0. But this will get swept under "no big deal" because its not the patriots.
