Top 15 likely as things currently stand. Top 10 is always a bit of a gamble, especially this far out.
But as much as I like Werner - and I've been following him for a while - I think that his teammate Cornelius "Tank" Carradine may end up being better. Carradine has just as much power and strength, is a bit more fluid in space, and is bigger. He would make a tremendous bookend to Chandler Jones.

I think Tank Carradine will do a Chandler Jonese-esque rise up draft boards. I think Dion Jordan is a unique player - I'm hoping that his uniqueness will hurt rather than help his draft stock, as most teams won't know what to do with him or how to categorize him.

I think a 3-4 team will snap him up as an OLB - seems like a perfect fit. The hope would rest on the number of rushers potentially available - the depth goes right in to the second round with the likes of Lemonier, Chase Thomas, Michael Buchanan and of course Carradine. You need to hope that ALL the Juniors declare so that GM's are picking from the most abundant buffet possible.
By the by, just been watching FSU/ Clemson - falling further in love with Carradine. He plays the run and the edge beautifully as well as having a good pass rush, particularly by using his long arms. Actually starting to wonder whether he might be better than Chandler Jones. It might come down to the combine but to me, Carradine's tape is better than I considered Jones'.

You already know that I agree with you about Carradine, of course.
And here's hoping your hope for Jordan's projections comes to be!!

My GrandMother's Tape is better than Jones'!!
Let's be real, now: Jones rose based on Tape we didn't get to see, on Coach's testimony, on a great Combine, and on other information that we simply aren't privy to. He did not rocket up through the ranks based on that awful Tape that the likes of us ~ and those clowns on TeleVision ~ had access to: Based on that crap, he was Day 3 ~ UFA material.
It was surreal, listening to that donkey on the Draft Show ~ whoever it was. Mayock?? I hope not ~ prattle on about Jones doing this and that "in the video" and showing such Burst and Explosion and all, while the camera showed him doing nothing but stumbling and bumbling, stiffly and straight up...
As all ought know long before now, Jones was working his way back from injury last year ~ hence his awful Tape.
But leave us not use that horrible footage as a point of comparison, I beg of you!!

Right now NFL Draftscout has Carradine and Jordan as their #10 and #11 DE prospects, both rated as 2nd/3rd round picks. Carradine is ranked 66 overall, Jordan 75. There are several guys ahead of them who I don't think will be as good pros (John Simon, Michael Buchanon, Alex Okafor), so there's definitely room for them to move up.
