Didn't really pay much attention to him until they played Michigan in the Sugar Bowl. He had that fabulous catch should/shouldn't have counted. Not as big as Jordy. 6'0" 201 compared to 6'3" 215. More of a straight liner than shifty guy. I'd say comparing him to Brandon Stokely more than White Wes. But, he can punt too.

And, starring in my new blockbuster Black Men Can't Shoot(The basketball) I present the Louisville Cardinals.

Speaking of being able to do a second job,Keuchly was also the back up long snapper for BC last year.

I don't know who I compare Keuchly to, but he is a machine on the football field. He might be the only LBer I have ever seen with instincts better than Bruschi's.

Edelman went to Kent State.

Speaking of overlooked white dudes, has anyone noticed Audie Cole, from NC State? They moved him inside last year, but he looks like a 3-4 OLB to me. He can rush and cover, terrific athlete. The other Vrabelesque guy is Noah Keller from Ohio U. He's more of an ILB, but he's got size and speed and might be worth a late flier, although I'm not sure BB is going to pick from that school again after the Taylor Price fiasco.

what difference does it make? the only white guy you can really compare to vrabel is connor barwin. But the pats decided that darius butler and ron brace were bigger needs. this is what the pats passsed on:

2011 Season in Review: Linebackers

Outside linebacker Connor Barwin, another converted 4-3 end, moved to Williams’ spot on the weakside in Week 7. He finished with a team-high 11.5 sacks, tied for ninth in the NFL and third in the AFC. He also led the Texans with 27 quarterback hits and had seven passes defensed. Barwin was named AFC Defensive Player of the Month in November after leading the league with 6.5 sacks in three games.

Who's Conrad Barton?

I don't think I've ever heard of ANYONE compared to Mike Vrabel! If there were anyone out there who cold play like Mike Vrabel, I'd hope the Pats would take a good long look at him and GET HIM!

While they might have been bigger needs one needs to consider how well they will fill that need, myself and Patchick knew that Barwin was the man and he's fulfilling our expectations, just for another team
