Default Are South Carolina WR's the new version of UF WR's?

With the ol' ball coach bringing his gun slinging offense to South Cackalacky - do you think the WR's will perform like Spurriers Florida receivers when they reach the NFL?

i would have to say that Troy Williamson has been a pretty big disappointment so far. I'm pretty sure he was drafted out of SC by the Vikings.

Only time will tell. I think Moss will be the first one drafted that he recruited. I could check but I'm to lazy at the moment.

I was wondering what everyone else thought.

Williamson didn't get much time in the Spurrier offense. It will be interesting, however, to see if Sydney Rice gets a look by the Pats. He has size and great ball skills, not sure about his route running and intangibles though...

I loved what I saw of Sidney Rice (who won't be 21 until September). I don't know whether the offensive formations flattered his statistics but I'm absolutely sure that the quarterback(s) who were throwing to him didn't.

He looks good on paper. I'll admit I didn't see any of us his games but the one glaring knock on him was that he caught like 5 TD's vs Florida Atlantic and 5 the rest of 06, pretty much against other crappy teams. He really didn't show up at all vs the big names like Florida,Georgia and Tennesse with the exception of Arkansas.
