I'm not sure if #13 is within reach, as far as Belichick is concerned. If it is, he's my target.
Quote:
#22 New England Patriots. Jared Odrick DE
A solid choice, considering the remaining options. In this draft, round one prospects don't thrill me as much as they do from round two on.

Is #3 within reach? If Suh falls to #3,maybe BB can go get him.
Not going to happen. As mayoclinic has said, you could put together outstanding drafts starting with just the players available in the third round.

i love mock drafts, so i think it's great and love the effort. whoever ends up with the first pick and they don't take suh is crazy.
Yeah, Suh is a unique guy. That could actually get some action on the #1 pick. St Louis is so bad, they should consider trading out. Seattle could move up for Suh giving up 6 and 14. St Louis could then get their QB at 6 and get a LT to protect him at 14.
As for Odrick, he seems like a perfect choice as long as his character issues check out.
If the draft fell like that, I would join the "trade up" crowd and send #44/#47 (and maybe another late round pick to sweeten the deal) to Atlanta for #19. Take Derrick Morgan at #19 and Jared Odrick at #22 and the rest of the draft would be gravy.
I doubt it happens. Morgan shouldn't make it out of the top 10. He is a prototype 4-3 end and is athletic enough to play on his feet as a 3-4 OLB. Meaning he would be at an impact position on defense and would never come off the field. If teams see him more as a linebacker conversion project, then he could slide a bit...but at 6'4" and 270+ I'm not holding my breath.
