Well according the nfl network, some scouts think we will take him with our first round pick...?? Would love to hear the reaction to that if it happens...

Why would the "pundits" think the Pats would take Tebow in the first round? I think the Pats have more defensive needs than offense.

I'd feel real bad about it. Whatever position he might play there would be better options in the first round.

Defense, OL, Defense, OL and a brusing RB with some quality WRs mixed in. Anything less I will not be happy.

Nothing against Tebow.

Some ideas are just very, very bad.

The team has multiple 2nd round picks. If Tebow's available, that would be the time to make such a move.

I'd be content with anything from the 3rd round down, though I doubt he'd still be there in the 3rd.

This offseason, it's almost like Belichick is saying, "I'm never going to let that happen again."

BB the personnel genius traded our 3rd for All World Derrick Burgress, can you imagine if we still had this draft pick the arsenal we would have heading into April on top of the 3 2-s?

Not having this 3rd is going to hamper some possible Day One moves that could have been made. What a kick in the arse BB......

The Patriots need a defensive end to replace Richard Seymour. The Patriots need outside linebackers to replace Adalius Thomas, Derrick Burgess, and possibly Tully Banta-Cain. The Patriots need an inside linebacker to replace Junior Seau. I do not ever want to see the New England Patriots run over in the playoffs during the Tom Brady era.

I think if I were a fan of a CFL team I'd feel great about it.

As a Pats fan, I'd feel it would be a ridiculous move for a team with numerous holes. Why use a first round pick on a Slash/Wildcat QB type player, a guy with no real position in base packages who might be able to play half a dozen plays a game - plays that would take the ball out of the hands of one of the best QBs who ever lived?
