TRADES-

Chicago> to Denver-For Jay Cutler QB and Denver 5th round pick= #18, #84 Chicago 2010 first round pick and Kyle Orton QB. To cure McJaygate issue.

Jacksonville> to Denver-#8 for Denver #18 in first and #48 in the second. Josh gets the spot to pick his quarterback his way and jumps up before the 49ers, Jets and Bucs.

New Orleans> to Detroit-#14 for Detroit #20 in first and #65 in the third. The Lions jump back in to get QB Freeman. New Orleans is desperate for added picks. Maybe more picks to come.

New England>to Carolina-#23 and New England 6th round pick For Julius Peppers DE. Now they complete the trade. Brings less then thought to the Panthers but he is 29.

Philadelphia>to Buffalo-#28 and #85 in the third and 2010 Philadelphia second round pick For Jason Peters OT. After two years the Bills can’t resolve the salary issue.

K.C. >to New England>to Arizona-#34 plus James Sanders SS and David Thomas TE For Adrian Wilson SS. AZ has contracts Dansby and Bolden to secure and those issues have taken years. The Pats have to give up starting SS Sanders who is solid and TE Thomas who will have a better chance to start in AZ. Wilson is only 29 and has range and speed at Safety the Pats lack. He is a team leader and huge hitter. Sanders is under contract and that helps AZ.

Tampa Bay>to Cleveland-#50 and #81 For Browns TE Kellen Winslow
The Browns felt they knew something the Bucs did not and they ain’t tellin’.

Houston>to New England-#77 For Laurence Maroney RB. Houston needs a bigger back and Maroney is third on the depth chart but has starting ability when healthy.

Philadelphia>to N.E.- For Greg Lewis WR and 2010 Eagles 7th for N.E. 2009 in the 5th round. A yawner…Lewis is a number four or five on the Eagles depth chart who have no WRs. Does he jump to number three in New England? Oh well! His salary and CAP is cheap.

I like the ideas, but I dont think AZ trades wilson. He is the longest tenured Cardinal and I doubt he will wont to leave after last seasonl.

There is no way in hell that Denver trades up and takes Sanchez. McDaniels said the Cutler trade wouldn't have happened if Orton wasn't included.

Orton is the starter. If the board is sitting like that, and they trade up, its for Raji

It has been said Josh is absolutely wild about Sanchez and his skill set. Remember Orton is an FA in 2010.

Big contract issues. They have taken two years to square away Dansby and Bolden. Wilson would be the third issue. The AZ fans are wild and some say get what you can get. I believe it is his final year. Sanders has a signed three year. It is just a thought.
