What makes you think this can happen. Matty Deer in the Headlights has gotten progressively worse each year he has put on this uniform.

How quickly you forgot about the Jason Taylor Pick 6 last season and how quickly you forgot about this miserable preseason he put up.

I guess drafting BUMS like "I never play cuz I suck" Wheatley,"see the back of my Jersey as I get burned...AGAIN" Wilhiite, and "maybe my knee will let me play by my 4th year" Tate, wasn't good enough,we've got a guy that is giving Matt Millen a run for his $ by drafting a mediocre special teams player and giving him 1st Rd. cake.

Oh, and, BTW, Phil Simms has said that the Patriots made no attempt whatsoever to game plan during the preseason. I don't know what they were trying to do, but winning the games was NOT their first priority.

Bingo!

I think we'll really see just what kind of coach we have with Josh McDaniels. He really has his work cut out this year, no longer does he have the luxury of a HOF QB. He definitely has to improve the unbelievably pathetic 3.5 yards per passing play average he's getting out of that position.

I just don't have confidence in Cassel. He cannot lead the offense....they are lifeless with him. Sorry...that is how I feel. And I don't think his teammates have confidence in him either.
