Do people ever buy tickets on Ticketexchange and sell on stubhub?

How do you receive the tickets if you buy them on ticketexchange? Is it only will call?

I had never heard of that before but I suppose it's possible - though obviously that's not the intention of Ticket Exchange.

The tickets are typically emailed to the buyer.
