That's really a shame. Mathieu is a fantastic player. Some people have compared him to Woodson or even Reed. Incredible potential.

Calvin Johnson (and any number of other players) admitted to using marijuana during combine interviews. He seems to be doing okay.
That said, it is a red flag.

Mathieu made a mistake.
Then again... If Aaron Hernandez did not make a mistake, he would probably be on another team. I would love to see the Pats get Mathieu in the 2013 draft. |
