I'm wondering what people think about picking Mike P. with 1B or the Panthers pick if available? On the plus side it's a good chance to add youth to an aging line (Neal might just retire for good after this year). On the argument against, you could make the case that the O line has done pretty well and there are bigger needs elsewhere.

I like Mike, but I wouldn't want to risk drafting him for Center, which would mean we'd be spending a Top 35 pick on a Guard. And with this year offering unprecedented Depth of Talent at Defensive End and at Flanker, I'd rather see us fire up those positions, which, in my view, need upgrading considerably more than Guard.
On the other hand, Ben Ijalana of Villanova is projected as a 3rd Rounder, and I like him even more than Pouncey, Hudson, or any'f'm, for that matter. Could be a perfect pickup with Randy's Ransom.
