Big Day for the BIG XII on Thursday night
As many as 10 prospects projected to go in round one are from the Big XII Conference. Almost half(four) of those are expected in to go in the top five overall.
I believe in recent history the SEC has been the dominant conference when it came to top prospects going on to the next level, but perhaps a shift has been made to the southwest.

I was surprised to learn recently that BB has actually drafted the exact same number of Big 12 players during his tenure with the Pats as SEC players.
