Yes, but even before that NFL Draft Scout projected him as a mid-round player. Which is why I'm not overly concerned about trying to get one of the Day One kids, those mid-round kids aren't a bad looking bunch at all.

It's quite a position for a young man to be in, facing a choice between two chances of a lifetime! But I'd say take the Rhodes too. No matter where life takes you after that you have an incredible experience, incredible contacts and incredible credentials behind you.

01/08/09 - Wisconsin running back P.J. Hill announced on Thursday that he will forego his senior season and enter the NFL draft. The 5-11, 236-pounder ran for 1,161 yards and 13 touchdowns, while earning Big Ten honorable mention honors last season. Hill ran for 140 yards on 15 carries in a 42-13 loss to Florida State in the Champs Sports Bowl on December 27. “I just feel the time is right for me to take the next step in my career,” Hill said. “I would like to thank my teammates, coaches and the Badger fans for the great experience I had during my time at UW.” Hill ends his career in third place on Wisconsin’s all-time rushing list with 3,996 yards. He also tied for second on school’s all-time touchdowns list with 44, and ranks third in school history with 20 career 100-yard performances. “I wish P.J. the best in the future and want to thank him for all his hard work during his time as a Badger,” Wisconsin head coach Bret Bielema said. “He’s a great running back and I think his numbers speak for themselves.” - PA SportsTicker

LeSean McCoy has reportedly changed his mind and will enter the draft. I'm not in favor of drafting a running back high, but he's my favorite RB in the draft if true.

Pitt's McCoy to declare for NFL Draft

McCoy hasn't hit NFL Draft Scout's list, but here's another one:

01/09/09 - It looks like BYU will be losing its top receiver. KSL Newsradio's Greg Wrubell has learned that a press conference is being planned for tomorrow to announce that wide receiver Austin Collie plans forgo his senior year to enter the 2009 NFL Draft. Collie concludes his BYU career as the Cougars' all-time leader in: Single-season receiving touchdowns: 15 (2008)...Career receiving touchdowns: 30...Single-season receiving yards: 1,538 (2008)...Career receiving yards: 3,255...Single-season receptions: 106 (2008)...Career receptions: 215...Single-season 100-yard receiving games: 11 (2008)...Career 100-yard receiving games: 17...Single-season all-purpose yards: 2,112 (2008). - KSL TV5
