Good news for Kevin Faulk fans this morning, as it appears he's going to hopefully be returning for at least another season.
Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald is reporting that Faulk is not retiring after all, ending speculation on his future - at least for now.
According to the report, Faulk has signed a one-year deal and appears he'll get a shot to make the roster. The veteran is coming off of a season ending knee injury, and considering the severity, faces a tough challenge against a pretty good group of backs.
Faulk has been adamant the entire offseason that he wasn't going to retire, and this definitely proves that he's not ready to go out without a fight just yet.
Hopefully he'll be able to achieve the same success that both Wes Welker and Tom Brady had, as both had to battle back from some significant knee injuries of their own.
