Julian Edelman can't seem to catch a break these days.
After getting knocked out of last week's game with a concussion, Edelman left yesterday's game against Miami with a foot injury and according to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald was spotted wearing a boot on his foot and on crutches.
It's bad news for New England not only because it leaves them one man short at the receiver position, but also takes Edelman out of the punt return game - which is an area where he's having his best season so far returning kicks.
According to the report there's no timetable on his return, and it's leaving the Patriots continuing to deal what has been quite an injury riddled season for this football team.
