Are you invading Heinz Field tomorrow to show your support for the team as they get set to battle the Steelers? If you are, the staff from the Boston Globe is holding a Tweet-Up tonight in Pittsbugh if any of you want to stop by, say hello and talk a little football.
You can stop by the Sharp Edge brew pub at 922 Penn Avenue downtown between 10 p.m. and midnight to say hi to Greg Bedard, Shalise Manza-Young, Monique Walker and the rest of the Boston Globe Patriots crew. It's just a casual get together. No stage, no microphone, they'll just be hanging out and hope to meet up with some fellow Patriots fans down in enemy territory. So after you buy your drink, feel free to introduce yourself and have a friendly chat.
It's a great opportunity to pick the brains of the Globe's beat writers in a relaxed setting. Then tomorrow just make sure you're louder than the people twirling those ugly yellow towels when you hit the stadium.
For more information, you can view their entry here. You can also hit them up on Twitter at @monwalker @GregABedard, and @shalisemyoung.
