The Patriots announced six roster cuts via their Twitter feed this afternoon, which included the earlier cut of quarterback Andrew Walter. The other names sent packing this afternoon include Billy Yates, Roderick Rogers, Steve Williams, Vinny Ciurciu and Robert Ortiz

The team now has 13 players remaining to be let go in order to get down to the mandatory 53-man roster by Saturday afternoon at 4pm ET.
