Both Quarterbacks Practice Wednesday, Belichick Keeps Lid on Starter –\u00a0<\/strong>The biggest question leading into Sunday’s game against the Bills\u00a0is still which quarterback will start for the Patriots, but it sounds like both Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett are each healthy\u00a0enough to take the field this weekend against the Bills.<\/p>\n Both quarterbacks spoke to the media on Wednesday, but neither was given time at the podium this week, which is generally something done by the starting quarterback.<\/p>\n According to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald<\/strong><\/a>, the two worked on “pocket mobility and lighter throws” during Wednesday’s media availability portion of practice, and Howe reports that despite having his injured thumb taped, Brissett didn’t appear to be bothered by the injury he suffered last week against Houston.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Garoppolo is less than two weeks removed from the AC joint sprain he suffered during the team’s Week 2 battle against the Dolphins, and given the fact he’s out there shows his toughness given the hit he took in that contest.<\/p>\n Garoppolo said on Wednesday that he’s working hard to get back,\u00a0and it’s been hard not being out there, especially having sat out\u00a0the team’s recent win.<\/p>\n “It was different, that’s for sure,” Garoppolo told the media. \u00a0“Never really been in that situation.
