Draft.

Xavian Sorey, LB, Arkansas – The 6’1.7”, 220-pound Linebacker had an impressive day with an INT and a sack in team play. The height and weight are official weights taken at the Senior Bowl. He has lost 1.3” in height and 11 pounds from his listed weight published by Arkansas. Sorey has reported 4.49e speed. Here is a difference between the two sources on his speed. We won’t know officially until either the combine or Pro Day.

Taylen Green, QB, Arkansas – You can’t miss the physical size of Green at 6’6”, 229 pounds. He has 10” hands per his official measurements from the Senior Bowl. He has a strong arm, as evident from his bomb, travelling over 50 air yards while stepping up in the pocket. The pass appeared to be thrown off the wrong foot, but his arm is strong enough that he got it downfield. Green’s short-to-medium passing game is very inconsistent. I had Green on my initial Mock Draft as a 7th-round selection. I wanted to draft the freak athlete who runs a 4.44 40-yard dash to convert him to TE or WR. If he has a good week in Mobile, you can forget about a position change.

Malachi Fields, WR, Notre Dame – He was another player that was drawback. He has small hands for such a big receiver.

Barrion Brown, WR, LSU – Brown had a big day. It was noticed that Brown was getting off the line of Scrimmage easily and creating instant separation. He led all receivers in measured speed, according to Zebra Analytics.

Jalon Kilgore, CB, South Carolina – at 6’1”, 211 pounds, he has great size and good speed (4.48). His closing speed is what impressed scouts.

Gabe Jacas, EDGE,
