passed away after a battle with sickle cell disease. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe fought tirelessly with unwavering faith to live a full life even when doctors told her she wouldn\u2019t live to see 35,\u201d the  twins wrote. \u201cHer life is a true testament of defying the odds.\u201d   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The twins shared the news and a photo over their Twitter and Instagram accounts. campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative was started during the brothers time at Rutgers University to&nbsp;raise awareness and money to benefit those affected.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
