On what adjustments they made after seeing the Cowboys\u2019 different front:<\/b><\/p>\n
Yeah, there were a lot of adjustments today. \u00a0I don\u2019t think we practiced much of what they were doing. \u00a0But I think our defense played great. \u00a0They played just awesome. Got us turnovers, critical plays, got us the ball before half and Steve [Gostkowski] made a great kick. \u00a0So, just a lot of clutch plays by our defense, special teams, offense. \u00a0We made a few plays, but we can play better than that.<\/p>\n
On if the pressure today was particularly frustrating:<\/b><\/p>\n
Yeah, it\u2019s a good front. \u00a0They\u2019ve got, you know, good team speed, I was probably holding it too long on some of those plays. \u00a0But our offensive line, I think they do a great job and like I said, there were adjustments, some different things, you know, it\u2019s four games into the year, you can\u2019t practice everything, so we’ll make the adjustments and hopefully be better next week.<\/span><\/p>\n On what they did against Gronk in the first half:<\/b><\/p>\n Yeah, they had some good personnel on defense and I think they just played a few different fronts, a few different coverages, stuff they hadn\u2019t shown. \u00a0So they came in with an approach and I thought we settled in, made some plays there to start the second half. \u00a0But we can play better.<\/span><\/p>\n On if he thought it was because they had Hardy and McClain to do some of the things they couldn\u2019t do in the past:<\/b><\/p>\n Sure, I think those are great players. \u00a0Two great players. \u00a0Add them to the mix and they\u2019ve got a good defense. \u00a0It was a big win for us. \u00a0Going on the road, it\u2019s never easy, and certainly they get two of their key guys back, it\u2019s going to be a good team. \u00a0They\u2019re obviously dealing with some injuries but I\u2019m glad we got the win.<\/p>\n On seeing Dion Lewis make plays and if he can liken him to any players from the past:<\/b><\/p>\n Yeah, he\u2019s pretty unique. \u00a0He\u2019s done a great job for us. I mean he’s come in and made a huge impact on our team. \u00a0I\u2019m sure he had a lot of belief in himself and obviously missing a lot of football last year. He’s just been an amazing player for our team through four games.
