Sunday night’s road win against the Broncos helped the Patriots take advantage of a bad weekend by their Division rivals and helps give them some breathing room with a big stretch looming for them.<\/p>\n
Both the Bills and Jets lost on Sunday, with the Bills losing their second-straight game and bringing what had been a promising start to a screeching halt as the Bills dropped to 5-4 after a 47-10 blowout loss to the Saints.<\/p>\n
New England’s 41-16 win over Denver improved them to 7-2 on the season, putting the Patriots firmly in control of the AFC East with Miami (4-4) set to take on the Panthers Monday night.<\/p>\n
