The Patriots opened the games scoring first as running back James White continued his hot streak with an eight yard touchdown run for an early 7-0 lead.

A Mason Crosby 29 yard field goal cut the deficit to four after one quarter of play.
In the second, the Patriots offense put together two straight highlight reel plays but could only come away with a field goal by Stephen Gostkowski from 28 yards out. 10-3 Patriots.
