Here are mine. What's Happening - I've always liked those old 70's shows centered around teenagers from working class families. This was probably the best. Columbo (1st phase, the ones from the 70's) - Peter Falk's acting technique portraying a bumbling, wise talking police detective technique was multi-dimensional, and the chemistry he had with the villains just sizzled. Matlock - It was a law mystery show that never took itself too seriously, which is why it worked well a lot. The updated Perry Mason 80's show, OTOH, was too serious and predictable for its own good. Three's Company - Silly, but being too silly for its own good made the show work.
