No Mrs. PF ... did you scrutinize the scribID link ... of course you didn't.

It's a US Government document showing people from 75 different countries caught crossing the border .... you give me some rubbish links about kids proves you ignored the link ... agenda much Mrs. PF ... you have some agenda here? I provide a government report and you run with your agenda ...not much changes does it.

You don't care about truth except when it fits into your agenda ...
you fool nobody - protect Obama just in case that's Icy's hidden point LOL.

I tried to copy and past the image but it posts with no numbers ...

So if you care click the link and then expand the image and you will see 75 countries which goes along with my statement that if Ebola comes here it will come through the porous border.

    They walk across the ocean?

My point is - to come in through a non-ajacent country you need to have papers of some sort. Visitor visa, worker visa, relative visa, whatever. To get a visa you need to be checked for diseases. People from Ebola countries are going to be screened for Ebola. Or, at the very least, be recognized as being a possible carrier if they become sick before, during or after arrival.

I've looked at your link...I am unimpressed.

If you want to think Ebola will come through a "porous border," you keep right on thinking so....let me know when it happens first, ok?

I think it's going to walk right off a plane from Africa in the bloodstream of a perfectly legal visitor or a returning American citizen.

You said those people are checked for disease ... nice try though.
You didn't click it ... that's why you posted those links regarding kids which is a different topic.

Speaking only for myself, I don't think ebola is coming in through the southern border; but a buttload of other stuff (which has killed far more people) is.

Certain outlets tell us things that The Left Wing doesn't want us to know, it drives the liberals nuts, that's why they would love to CENSOR and ELIMINATE Talk Radio, Drudge, Cable etc etc and anything else that reports a different view of their Socialist Crap.

Mrs. P. I might be reading it wrong, but I think that Icy's post is about people caught sneaking across the border who are not from Canada or Mexico. They are from non-adjacent countries but were attempting to enter on foot. I have no idea how any of them got to Mexico or Canada

When oh when can we just stop people from entering OUR country?

It shouldn'tbe that difficult to seal OUR border.

Question: Who is going support all these people when 47% of our own citizens are on gov't support?

    Not me.....

Yes, I know that....and that's why I'm saying I doubt highly that Ebola will come in through these borders.....simply because the person with the disease would be unlikely to live long enough to reach either the Canadian or the Mexican border from their own country if they were traveling on foot. The incubation period is simply not long enough to ensure their survival.

Obviously they didn't travel from China, India or West Africa on foot. The "on foot" part is just to cross the border.

I don't think that happens in a day....or even two.

And wouldn't anyone flying into Canada or Mexico also need a VISA and visitor papers to get into either of those countries?

It's not really something you can plan in a day or two....getting your VISA in order, getting your plane tickets, etc., it all takes time and planning and money. Someone "fleeing" because of the virus doesn't have that kind of time.....and, if they had the money, they'd not need to walk across a border.
