Do you think it means anything that Miller didn't punt at all? He didn't even hold on field goals. They had Matt Cassel do it.

All I know is I saw 2 punts go into the end zone. Wasn't too happy about that.

It means the kids were on trial and the vets had the night off.

From BB's postgame...

What went into the decision to not have Josh Miller punt at all and just have the two young guys go at it?
“To watch the two young guys punt. We haven’t seen them punt [in a game].”

What was your assessment of the punting. Is that something you can assess without watching the tape?
“We’ll take a look at it. It was OK. Some of it was situational punting, some of it wasn’t. It wasn’t great. It wasn’t terrible.”

I just read the entire interview notes. Illuminating as always, Bill! Man, he didn't even fake trying to answer tonight.

You mean it wasn't a holiday?

He seemed a little cranky in his answers, but I could be overreacting.

By situational, I read "damn, you just can't kick those in the end zone when you could pin them in their own territory"

I think sometimes BB could have been a great actor, this is all part of the personna.. he is consistent.
