    From Time Magazine:

    http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1563750,00.html

    1. Bush ignored the Palestinians.
    2. Bush invaded Iraq.
    3. Bush misjudged Iran.
    4. Bush hurt Israel.
    5. Bush alienated Muslims.

an interesting read and perspective. I would add:

2a. Bush lied during his SOTU speech about Iraqi WMDs to get congress on board for an invasion.

When Bush first got elected, he met a lot of international criticism for largely disbanding the U.S. role in the Middle East peace process. As a result, what we now have is the sad sight of president humiliating himself as he try to finds a role. He had no role in the Hezbelloh-Israel conflict. The Saudi King would only hold a relatively brief meeting with Cheney. The head of Iraq didn't want to have dinner with Bush.
