Groundhog Day sealed their place in history.....
My folks saw them .
I saw Sha Na Na once (not voluntarily).
Rest In Peace my fellow seraphim
Now you are breaking my heart
I won't go breaking your heart ....
Marty Funkhouser from “Curb Your Enthusiam” died yesterday too. That’s a near crippling loss for that show. He was one of the best characters IMO.
Pretty much anyone who saw those sappy saccharine peddlers perform live can claim a "strange admission" in more ways than one.
Was really only known by complete dorks in fact
I have heard people swearing up and down to both roles. I'm also at a loss to tease out the difference between the groupie who's saying "Are you feeling okay?" and (minus the presumed alcohol/drugs) the same girl (at work) saying "He keeps hanging up... is there supposed to be somebody else there besides your wife?"
+ I cannot believe the guy never went with Captain Dragon, if that is his real name. RIP, whatever the case.
Huge loss. I love that show
The real Captain Morgan has been in the great hereafter for centuries (Welsh privateer Sir Henry Morgan died in 1688). Here's to Captain Dragon--the name nobody could live up to--being greeted with a flagon of rum and a hearty "Captain."
By the way, in 2009 there was an underground "Captain Morgan pose" celebration thing in the NFL. Per Wiki:
In November 2009, the NFL banned a covert ad campaign allegedly put on by Diageo. It was understood that for each NFL player striking the "Captain Morgan" pose on camera during a regular season game, Diageo would donate $10,000 to the Gridiron Greats (a non-profit which helps retired NFL players with various hardships after leaving the game). The league made this announcement following such a celebration by Brent Celek of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Also guys, here's your shot at a somewhat more seasoned Tony Tennille. Wait, am I wrong to assume that love kept them together?
Probably a lot more than 3 if you include non-celebrities.
Living together and working together is an impossible thing to do.
David Bowie sang a Christmas song with Bing Crosby.
Disagree. 3 people on the entire planet probably died yesterday, IMO.
was he the guy from the Gong Show?
Don't you find Larry David, however, a completely annoying New York azzhole? I can't stand the sight of him.
No. That's his character in the show.
Damn, I'm proven wrong yet AGAIN.
Separate names with a comma.
