I work at NOAA in Silver Spring, MD (DC Office) and I can tell you that things can change within 24 hours (especially the wind conditions). However, the odds of it being rainy and windy are very low.
As of 6:25 AM today (Tuesday, 1/9/8), it says 46 for a high, 10% chance of showers. Cooler at night, but overall sounds like great football weather. The high flying Patriots attack should not be hampered.
Temps in the low 40s, wind gusts of 5-10 MPH, and a 10% chance that your jaw will drop and land disgustingly on your shoe when the Jaguars take a late, late lead. (The probability of the event itself is a little higher; 10% reflects the fact that some people can't see their shoes when they look straight down.)

Clever name. Shows that you have a very creative imagination, much like the paragraph that followed. Good luck to the Jags, but not too much good luck.
