Yeah, that was bizarre. RG3 was trying to fit into a hype machine celebrity-politician scene in Washington, DC on a team that was made dysfunctional by an incompetent owner. RG3 did not need that crap from a Detroit-based commentator who was using RG3's challenging situation to get attention. Stephen A is the only one of these guys who can really pull it off.
You know, I always thought RG3 would have become the next great throw first, run second QB in the NFL if he had fallen into the right situation. He is as talented as Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes is in the right offense with a coaching staff that knows how to use his elusiveness to be a great passer. The Redskins destroyed RG3 physically and they reduced his football IQ by making him question what he saw in front of him.
RG3 should've sued that idiot HC of the Redskins Shanahan. It was patently obvious that he was hurt in that playoff game. He never was the same after that. If Snyder had a spine he would've fired Shanahan before he reached the lockerroom.
