Hey, there were 3 others that bothered to respond and they ALL GOT IT.

I was not the only one that took him to task for that.

Looks like you may need remedial classes. Grade 4.

There have been plenty who have responded since then. And several who responded AFTER you mentioned about going to the search page. Still doesn't change the fact that your original post was not specific nor did it imply that there were a multitude of Randy Moss' in Broward County. It stated "whats interesting is that if you do a search, there are 2 pages of cases for "Randy Moss" "

Left that way, it sure as hell can imply that Randy's got a lot of legal issues in Broward County. Sorry that its beyond your reading comprehension to understand that.

Young lady isn't hurt, I didn't hurt her. Supposedly I batteried her, physically hurt her. In my whole life I have never put my hand on a woman. She is a friend of mine, it was an accident where she hurt herself, she called his attorney looking for money before this game or else..., but doesn't want people to harass his teamates, they know nothing and he only knows bits and pieces of what is going on. So again, don't rush to judgement... (paraphrasing)

Moss is claiming its extortion and that he never laid a hand on the woman. He says that the woman called and said give them $X or they'd do this before the game. Its not clear whether he knew her beforehand.

He basically says that we need to find the facts about it. He didnt hurt her, but he doesnt know all of what is being said about this. He repeats that in 30 years, he has never put his hand on any woman in an angry manner. He doesn't know what is going on, but it was a friend of his, a young lady where there was an accident where she hurt herself. Her attorney's called his looking for X amount of money.

He doesnt want people to rush to judgement and to leave his team out of it. He only knows bits and pieces of the story, but it is not him to put his hands like that on any woman.

Sounds to me like a typical gold digging c##t, that is looking to have a easy payday and trying to extort Moss out of a settlement out of court, and he is not having it which is why this story just happened to break a few days before the afccg.

You can get an order of protection against someone if they phone or text you, or even if they have their friends pester you. So long as there's a threat involved.

Yes, you can get a restraining order for Assault if someone pesters/threatens you. However, the restraining order in question is for BATTERY. Which means that she's saying Moss actually HIT her and then refused to allow her to get medical attention.

Kinda flies in the face of what you are saying.

Also, what you say doesn't change the fact that she knows the kind of car he drives, but doesn't know where its registered?

I found it professional of Moss to talk about the situation himself. If his rep had made some statement, I would not believe him has much, but the fact that he was adiment on getting his side of the story out, and the fact that it seems like she was just trying to get money makes sense. also the mentioning of the timing of it and all. I hope this doesn't effect the Pats on resignning him. I also liked the fact he said to leave his teammates alone. It seemed he had prior knowledge to the situation as well.

Whats your point really? As I said, "IF you search...." 3 people came back and knew exactly what I meant. It was specific enough for them. I can't account that your "reading comprehension" was not up to that task. How much clearer most "IF YOU SEARCH" be?. How much clearer must "2 PAGES OF MOSS" be?
