By the way, just to give you a little more detail -- you'll see that DVCE 08-315 is written on the document. That is the court number. (The "08" means 2008, and the number 315 means it's the 315th case filed in the Domestic Violence division this year.)

The stamped number 59 is the Judge's number -- Matthew Destry -- to whom the case was assigned.

All of this is consistent with the information on the Broward County Clerk's web site, so this doc is legit. It would be nice to see more of the fax line to see who was faxing it to whom at 12:59 p.m. yesterday.

this was a story back in October, it's not the Patriots' Randy Moss, but someone of the same name, an Ex Police officer in fact.

This info is still not substantial to me.

You can't make out the date stamp very well on that copy, which is the thing underneath the big "59," but I seriously doubt it doesn't say Broward County Clerk's Office. I'm sure whomever posted it on their web site has a better fax and if it wasn't the official court stamp, I doubt it would have ended up there.

Next time, take your head out of your arse and actually say what you mean. Its not a matter of being beyond a 5th grade reading level. Its a matter of you being stupid and thinking that everyone else thinks like you and will understand what you are trying to imply.

Also, you were the one taking issue with PatriotsReign for getting on you, yet you were doing the exact same thing to him, friggin hypocrite.

Hey, there were 3 others that bothered to respond and they ALL GOT IT.

In all honesty, I think the woman's claims are bogus. I just don't see Moss wasting time and energy to drive down to Florida during the bye week and then wasting time to drive back up. That sort of driving takes a toll on you.

In all honesty, I think the woman's claims are bogus. I just don't see Moss wasting time and energy to drive down to Florida during the bye week and then wasting time to drive back up. That sort of driving takes a toll on you.

You can get an order of protection against someone if they phone or text you, or even if they have their friends pester you. So long as there's a threat involved.

The claim was filed this Monday. That would indicate it was done at least a week after any incident (clearly Moss wasn't there this past weekend or most of the previous week). When did practice start last week?
